Music Monday (Apr. 21)

Music Monday is a weekly book meme. Everyone can join in, you just have to do the following:

I am a huge Emeli Sandé fan and when I got the book Seduced By The Game in my mailbox, I immediately thought of the song 'My Kind Of Love'. Now the book is an anthology of eight stories and authors donated their stories for good cause i.e. Hockey Fights Cancer. So the stories might not contain much of the issues, I connected the cause with this song.

The message within the lyrics is simply beautiful. Then I also recently read this interview about a girl who has cancer and her best friend. This was the song they would play a lot and the friend even bought a pink wig to show her support. It seemed it was all coming at me the same time, so I thought this was pretty perfect.
